Payments & Services

All services, consultations, and treatment plans are paid for at the time of booking or service unless otherwise specified. Once a service has been rendered, it is generally non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Billing errors
  • Services canceled within the allowable notice period

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Medications, supplements, or prescription products once dispensed

Due to safety and regulatory guidelines, medications and injectable products cannot be returned or refunded once provided.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
